At this year’s FABTECH, SONGU Laser will display two flagship fiber laser cutting systems tailored for sheet metal and tube processing applications.

Our sheet metal fiber laser cutting machine is available in five working sizes: 3015, 4015, 6015, 4020 and 6025, with laser power options ranging from 3 kW up to 20 kW.

Optimized for the North American market, this laser cutter comes with upgraded safety protection configurations, including beam collision protection and visual monitoring systems to ensure safe daily operation. Delivering stable and efficient cutting performance, the machine handles carbon steel and a wide range of common metals for standard and heavy-duty sheet metal fabrication projects.

The second highlighted solution is our fiber laser tube cutting machine. It supports 120 mm, 170 mm, 240 mm and larger chuck selections to accommodate diverse tube processing requirements. Optional bevel cutting is supported, including high-precision fixed-point bevel cutting for V-type, Y-type and X-type bevels.

Take the TUBE7517-B tube laser cutter as an example. Its front-chuck servo avoidance technology enables short-tail cutting. The design also protects chucks from sparks and heat damage, improving raw material utilization and making tube processing more efficient and reliable.

Live cutting demonstrations will run continuously at our booth during FABTECH 2026. Visitors can watch the laser machines in operation and witness real cutting performance on metal workpieces.
